Łukasz Marczuk has been working in Carlson Capital Partners (CCP) since 2004. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions projects and the valuations of companies. His duty is also to supervise the new employees of Carlson Capital Partners. In CCP Łukasz leads projects related to mergers and acquisitions and raising finance projects. As an employee of CCP he was involved in numerous projects including the telecommunications, chemical, automotive, steel, aerospace and food industries.
Łukasz has successfully finished some consulting projects, such as for JSW SA, Comp Service Support SA, Multimedia Poland SA, WEA SA, IDM SA. Currently he is a member of the Supervisory Board KolorMix Sp. z o.o.
Łukasz practiced in BRE Bank SA in Warsaw in the Department of Financial Investments and the Department of Financial Institutions, where he was drawing up financial analysis and reports for management and GINB. He also practiced in the Office of the Minister in the Ministry of the Treasury, where he acquired the knowledge connected with rules of the budgetary units audit.
Łukasz is a graduate of Warsaw Scholl of Economics at the direction of Finance and Banking and International Relations.
He has an extensive theoretical and practical knowledge on finance and management and financial accounting. Łukasz speaks fluent Polish, English and Russian.
