Arthur Jędrzejewski has over 13 years of experience in investment banking. In Carlson Capital Partners (CCP) he has been working since 2001. Previously, he worked at BRE Corporate Finance SA as a director, where he was responsible for sourcing and conducting mergers and acquisitions and financial consulting for businesses. Before, he worked for Netia Telekom as director of business analysis, for an insurance company Commercial Union Life Insurance SA and Bank Pekao SA (UniCredito Italiano) as a loan officer.
Privatization projects of Polish enterprises conducted by Arthur, including: Isolation Zdunska Wola (Icopal), PLL LOT SA, Center Warsaw- Dykerchoff and Polfa Lyszkowice for Taurus Gulden, completed successfully. Arthur advised foreign clients (such as First Data Corporation, Nationwide Global Holdings, DG Bank, Lafarge, Union Group, Eckes AG, Daewoo Corporation, Securo Investment) and national (including Bank, BRE Asset Management, Netia Telekom, Hoop S.A, Bank of Industry, Ministry of the Treasury, Ministry of Infrastucture). Currently he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Polimex-Mostostal and many other listed companies.
Arthur Jędrzejewski is a graduate of The University of Minnesota (for Wemba), Scholl of Economics (PhD in Economics- insurance and pension funds). He graduated from the College of Insurance and Banking, has also a master’s degree in Finance and Banking at the Central School.
Arthur speaks fluent Polish and English, at the advanced level in French, intermediate level in Russian and has basic knowledge of German, Czech and Slovak.
