Nick Vincent has extensive skills in both the commercial and banking environment, having worked for many years in both areas internationally and in Poland.

Nick Vincent is Managing Director and Vice President of the Management Board of Carlson Capital Partners and Senior Advisor for Poland to Meinl Bank, Austria largest Private Bank. In his capacity with Meinl Bank he has been involved in the restructuring of Polish Companies, Advisory work, Mergers and Acquisitions, Trade and Receivables financing and large scale Project Financing.

Before working in the investment banking industry Nick was the Managing Director of the Trade and Trade Finance subsidiary of Austria’s Bank Creditanstalt in Poland.

Nick has been involved in Central & Eastern Europe since 1989.

Nick was a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and was an officer in the British Army. Nick has also attended number of finance courses in London Business School.
