The role of Carlson Capital Partners is to prepare its clients for a public market and to support them with current advisory services after entering stock exchange. Our work focuses primarily on:
- We help our client to change its legal form into a public company /if the company has another form/.
- We prepare the company for capital growth- we help to find a strategic investor (or financial) /pre-IPO/, or to acquire additional financing in other forms, we prepare documents, business plan, information memorandum, valuations, We help to adjust the company organization to capital markets requirements, transparency and corporate governance.
- We prepare private placement process - if the company wishes to conduct such transaction.
- We prepare an IPO process – we help to prepare the prospectus, co-operate with brokerage firms, auditors, PR agency, we organize and supervise work on documents and presentations for investors.
- We co-operate with our clients also after the success of IPO- we search investment targets, we conduct process of finance acquisition for other investments, we help in restructuring (before and after IPO).
